If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of shipment, with proof of purchase. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for pre-installed items, mattresses and other items listed below. Other exceptions may apply such as factory defects or damage during delivery of the goods.

Once returned, your item will be inspected and an exchange, credit or refund will be issued for the purchase price. Toco has the right to refuse to return or exchange items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by clients.
